The American Syrian Lebanese Lodge of Milwaukee presents:
Mid Eastern Fest on Saturday, August 22, 2015 from 10:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. at St. Sebastian Catholic Church, 3126 95th Street, Sturtevant, WI.
The proceeds of this festival will benefit St. George Melkite Church in Milwaukee, St. Nicholas Orthodox Church in Cedarburg, and the Maronite Mission of Milwaukee, and represents the first ever collaboration between the Orthodox, Melkite, and Maronite Christian traditions in our area.
This festival will be an example of Christian love and unity.
The menu includes a feast of authentic Middle Eastern recipes, prepared on site by an expert team: hummus, tabbouleh, baba ghanouj, falafel, chicken and meat shish kebabs, baklava. Beer and soft drinks
Entertainment will feature the captivating voice of Doris Farhat, a DJ, hookahs, Arabic coffee with cup readings, games of chance, and kids’ activities.
